A: We are able to replace everything from the balusters, rails, and newels to the stairs themselves. We offer both wood and iron balusters and can install any style of wood for both the stairs and handrails.

A: Yes, if you are unsure how much work you would like to have done at the present time, we are able to give pricing on several different options. This allows you to choose the level and type of remodel that best fits your current situation.
Q: What payment options does Higher Level Stairs accept?
A: At this time, we accept check or money order.
Q: How long will the project take?
A: This often depends on the type of job and level of difficulty. Most baluster replacements can be completed in one day while a complete stair and handrail replacement may take one or two more.
Q: Is there any guarantee on the project after it is finished?
A: We stand by our work and if there is ever a problem with any portion of a job, we will repair it free of charge.
Q: Once the contract is signed, how soon will it be before the job will be started?
A: The time to begin a job varies depending on our current schedule. However, most jobs are completed within one to three weeks of acceptance. If time is a factor, we are also able to work around your schedule.
